Chris Garrett, the Ascot United Under 16 Warriors coach  is cycling Lands' End to John O'Groats this summer for  the charity Help for Heroes and would like your support.

He is one of a group of 7 “not so magnificent” cyclists, riding from the southernmost tip of the UK at Lands’ End to its northernmost point at John O'Groats in aid of Help for Heroes. This is almost 1000 miles in 11 days and will be tough, but nowhere near as tough as what these servicemen and women have gone through and go through every day.

Help for Heroes is a really terrific charity, giving 100% of everything donated to helping severely injured servicemen and women to improve their lives, frequently after serious trauma from bomb explosions.
