SUPER SUNDAY! LADIES SHOCK WOKING / U14/15 CUP JOY
Wow! What a Sunday! Not only did the Ladies’ Development Side pull off a shock 1-0 win at high flying Woking in the Thames Valley League, the Boys U14 and U15 sides both reached cup finals.

For the Ladies, Lou Pullen was on target at Ottershaw Memorial Fields, as Pete Vince’s side inflicted title-chasing Woking’s second defeat of the season.

But it was the eye-catching Boys U14 result – a 3-2 win at Mortenville Juniors – which is equally impressive. Trailing 2-0 in Milton Keynes on a mudbath of a pitch, the young Yellamen fought back to win 3-2 in the Berks and Bucks Cup semi final with goals from man-of-the-match Mathues Possamai, Jack McCart and Sam Wright. The U14s now play Widmer End in the final.

The U15 side were also victorious in their county cup semi final against I-Pro FC – but took it to the wire before winning on penalties (6-5) after the game had finished 0-0.
