Manager for our Under 18 Youth Team
We are looking for a new Manager to lead our under 18 Allied Counties Youth team next season.

We already have an established U18 Youth team which is at the heart of our development pathway at Ascot United, placed between our strong Surrey Youth structure and our Under 23 and First team.

Candidates should have a track record of developing 16, 17 and 18 year olds in preparation for senior football and should be committed, enthusiastic and passionate about the development of players in the youth development phase. The criteria are:

Minimum Essentials

a) FA level 1 Coaching Certificate

c) Member of the FA Licensed Coaches Club

d) Full UK driving licence

Desirables

a) UEFA B License

b) The FA Youth modules 1,2,3

c) The FA Youth Advanced Youth Award (12-16)

d) Experience of managing or coaching in the Allied Counties Youth League
